Refund Policy

Short version: if you bought credits and haven't used them, email us within 14 days and you get your money back.

Unused credits

If you have not used any of the credits in your purchase, email us within 14 days for a full refund. No explanation needed.

Once you've started using them

Credits are delivered immediately and each rating is supplied as you use it. Once you have used any credit from a purchase, that purchase is no longer refundable. This is why we give every visitor 3 free ratings. Use those to decide before you buy.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception, and at checkout you agree to immediate delivery. We honour the 14 days for unused credits regardless, on the terms above.

If something is broken

If the service failed, took your credits without returning a rating, or did not work as described, tell us and we will restore the credits or refund you. That is not discretionary. It is your statutory right and it has no time limit attached to this policy.

How to ask

Email contact@ratethumbnails.com from the address you bought with, and say roughly when you purchased. You do not need an order number, though it speeds things up. We aim to reply within two working days, and refunds reach your card within five to ten days once approved, depending on your bank.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
