Refund Policy

Short version: if you bought credits and haven't used them, email us within 14 days and you get your money back.

Unused credits

If you have not spent any of the credits in your purchase, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying. No explanation needed.

Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception, and at checkout you agree to immediate delivery. We have chosen to honour the 14 days regardless, on the terms above.

Try it before you buy it

Every visitor gets 3 free ratings, which is deliberately enough to judge whether the tool is useful before spending anything. We recommend using them first.

If something is broken

If the service failed, took your credits without returning a rating, or did not work as described, tell us and we will restore the credits or refund you. That is not discretionary — it is your statutory right and it has no time limit attached to this policy.

How to ask

Email contact@ratethumbnails.com from the address you bought with, and say roughly when you purchased. You do not need an order number, though it speeds things up.

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method.
